Waiting time
Waiting time is counted from the agreed pickup time (not the flight landing time).
- Standard pickups: the first 10 minutes are complimentary, then $20 for every 15 minutes.
- Airport pickups: the first 20 minutes are complimentary, then $30 per hour, covering parking and driver time.
Waiting can’t be known in advance, so it isn’t included in your booking total. Any waiting charge is confirmed with you by our team afterwards and never includes the complimentary period.
We don’t track flights automatically. If your flight time changes, please call us.
Changes and cancellations
To change or cancel a booking, contact Executive Limousines as soon as possible and quote your job reference. If a change affects the price, we’ll tell you the new price before it’s agreed.

Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure first-time and private bookings — or you may pay the full confirmed amount upfront. Approved established customers may use their agreed payment arrangements.
The deposit or full payment is confirmed with you by our team and counts toward your booking total — it is never an extra charge. Any remaining balance follows your agreed payment arrangement. No payment is taken online.
