Melbourne Airport pickups and drop-offs

When you book

Choose Melbourne Airport from the address suggestions so we know it’s an airport journey.

Add your flight number and terminal if you know them. They’re optional, but they help your chauffeur plan.

Set the pickup time you’d like to be met — not just the landing time. Allow for baggage collection and, on international arrivals, customs.

Meeting your chauffeur

Your meeting instructions are confirmed with your booking. If a specific meeting point isn’t stated, call us and we’ll arrange it with you.

Keep your phone on after landing so your chauffeur can reach you.

Waiting time

Waiting time is counted from the agreed pickup time (not the flight landing time).

Airport pickups: the first 20 minutes are complimentary, then $30 per hour, covering parking and driver time.

Waiting can’t be known in advance, so it isn’t included in your booking total. Any waiting charge is confirmed with you by our team afterwards and never includes the complimentary period.

Flight changes

We don’t track flights automatically. If your flight time changes, please call us.

Call as soon as you know about a delay or a change of flight, and quote your job reference.

Departures

Check your airline’s recommended arrival time and terminal before choosing your pickup time.

Your chauffeur drops you at the departures area for your terminal.

Price

Each pickup from an airport includes a $20 airport pickup charge, shown in your fare before you confirm. Drop-offs at the airport don’t have this charge. GST and tolls are included.
