Can I arrange return transport from Flemington?
Yes. Include your return date, preferred departure time and destination when calling to arrange your journey. All four Carnival dates are phone-only; standard online estimates do not apply. Executive will agree a meeting point with you, subject to event-day traffic and access rules. A return journey must be included in your transport arrangements; it is not assumed.
Can our group have multiple pickup points?
Multiple hotel, office or home pickups can be discussed with Executive. Share each location and the number of passengers at each stop so the team can plan the route and vehicle mix. Timing and access are agreed for your journey, not guaranteed in advance.
Which vehicle suits our race-day group?
Chauffeured sedans and SUVs suit couples and small parties; Premium Vans suit guests travelling together. Sprinters, minibuses, buses and coaches cover larger groups. Can you coordinate corporate guests and hotel or airport connections?
Yes. Share hotel addresses, flight details where relevant, guest numbers and hospitality arrival needs. Executive can discuss hotel-to-Flemington movements, airport connections and mixed vehicles. Corporate customers and hotel teams must also call for journeys on these four dates; account type does not change the phone-only policy.
Where will we be picked up or dropped off at Flemington?
Executive agrees pickup, drop-off and return meeting arrangements with you. Event traffic, road restrictions and racecourse access rules may affect the practical location. Do not assume entry to a particular gate, hospitality area or designated vehicle rank; confirm the plan with our team.
Are race tickets or hospitality included?
No. Executive Limousines provides independent passenger transport only. Arrange event admission and hospitality separately with the relevant seller or VRC. Tell us your arrival requirements so transport can be planned around them; Executive is not the racing organiser or an official VRC transport partner.
